The Infuriating River Wire
The day was cloudy and windy and the weather forecast was predicting rain. This already put a downer on my mood, it then came to 4pm and the sun was going down so our instructor Marika told us it was time for the final activity of the day. We made our way down a series of steep slopes, a few slips along the way. We then rested our eyes upon river. The river was clean and crisp with a very fast flowing current. Sitting above the river were two wires that had us all second guessing what we were doing. Marika showed us how to use the harness and gave us the tutorial on what to do. One by one we went up the wooden steps. Slowly but surely it came to me walking those deadly steps of despair. I did not look forward to what I encountered on. I finally managed to get above the river and Mother Nature decided that she would make it windy just as I was in the middle. Everyone was yelling at me to put my arms in front of me and I was beginning to get really irritated by everyone barking at me, unfortunately Brandon was the last person to yell at me so I accidentally took all my anger out on Brandon yelling at him what I thought. After what felt like five hours I made it to the end of my destination.
